1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a Pebble Qore account, we collect required information such as your name, mobile number or email address, account authentication information, date of birth, gender, height and weight, and optional information such as your nickname, profile picture, weight goal and step goal. This information is used to personalise your health and fitness data — for example, your age, height and weight improve the accuracy of heart-rate and calorie algorithms on your Pebble Qore Ultra and other connected Qore devices. Your account information is encrypted and access-controlled.

Exercise and Health-Related Information (Health and Wellness Information)

We collect steps, distance, speed, exercise duration, calories, sleep data, heart rate, stress levels, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), skin temperature, exercise type/intensity, and virtual achievement medals. Under the SPDI Rules, physiological and health data of this nature is treated as "Health and Wellness Information or Information" and is collected only with your explicit, informed consent. This data is used to give you personalised fitness feedback and better health-management insights (for example, sleep-habit recommendations and the AI Insights feature described below).

Location Information

With your permission, we collect location data to: show local weather on your device; help you select your region during sign-up; record your outdoor exercise route (e.g., running, cycling); and search for nearby Bluetooth devices while pairing. You can disable location permission at any time from your phone's system settings, though some features may stop working.

Device and App Information

We collect device and application data such as device MAC address, model, firmware version, serial number, app version, phone OS version, language, IP address and network type. This is limited to devices that have been connected to the Pebble Qore app and is used to push firmware/app updates and to diagnose technical issues.

Feature-Specific Information

Certain features access limited personal data to function — for example, the Menstrual Cycle Reminder collects cycle and ovulation data; Call Reminder accesses (without storing) call status and contacts; Message Notification temporarily accesses third-party app notifications; Music Control accesses (without storing) playback status; and Alarm Clock uses your phone's clock function. These features are optional and can be turned off in the app.

The AI Insights feature, available on the Home page, uses your activity, sleep, heart rate and other health data to generate personalised insights, tips and summaries. This processing is powered by a third-party AI provider (see Section 4). This feature is optional and can be turned off in the app.

Feedback Information

If you contact us through contact information mentioned in Clause 12, you may voluntarily provide contact details and, with your permission, access your camera or photo gallery to attach images that help us resolve your issue.

Log Information

We collect usage logs such as account/device pairing events, reboots, network usage, crashes and errors. Logs from the last 7 days are stored locally on your phone and older logs are deleted automatically. Logs are uploaded to our servers only if you choose to submit them.

Other Information

We may also collect aggregated, anonymised or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Pebble Qore Services, including customer support and on-device features (health-related processing may occur on your device, on our servers, or through authorised service providers, depending on the feature);
• To generate personalised, AI-driven insights and recommendations through the AI Insights feature on the Home page;
• To communicate with you — service notifications, replies to your support queries, and in-app messages;
• To meet our record-keeping and legal/regulatory obligations under Indian law;
• To provide certain limited, on-device features without transmitting data to our servers.

We may also process non-personal, aggregated diagnostic logs (e.g., crash reports, Bluetooth connectivity logs) via analytics/crash-reporting tools to fix bugs and improve reliability. These logs relate to device parameters only and do not contain personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your personal data, sensitive or otherwise, without your explicit consent, except:

• At your request — for example, when you choose to sync data (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.) to a third-party platform such as Google Health Connect;
• To generate your requested output when you use the AI Insights feature;
• To enforce our User Agreement or this Privacy Policy;
• Where required by Indian law, court order, or a lawful request from a government or law-enforcement authority;
• With service providers who process data strictly on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations (Section 4);
• With business partners to deliver specific products or services you have opted into.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with the following categories of service providers, each of whom is contractually bound to use your data only to deliver the Pebble Qore Services on our behalf:

Map Services

Outdoor exercise routes are recorded using Apple Maps (on iOS devices) or Google Maps (on Android devices), depending on your phone. Your location is shared with the applicable map provider only while you use outdoor-exercise tracking. You may turn off GPS to stop this at any time.

Cloud Storage

Pebble Qore data is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India, using AWS infrastructure and data centres in the Asia Pacific (Hyderabad) region. The Pebble Qore application and backend services are developed and operated by our India-based team. You may disable "Cloud Sync" or select "Clear Cloud Data" in the app to stop or erase cloud storage of your data.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics/Google Analytics for Firebase to detect app crashes and diagnose issues. We do not intentionally send health measurements to these services.

Health Platforms

Where you enable it, you may sync fitness and health data with Google Health or Apple Health. Please review the privacy policies of these platforms, as your data on them is no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

AI Insights Provider

The AI Insights feature on the Home page is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Where you use this feature, relevant activity, sleep and health data (and any text you enter) is sent to Anthropic solely to generate your personalised insights, as our service provider acting on our instructions. This processing may involve the transfer of data outside India (see Section 6).

Note: SRK Powertech does not use, and does not permit integration of, software development kits (SDKs) or services hosted by entities restricted under Indian government orders concerning national security. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party service provider, and we are not responsible for such third parties' products, services, content or privacy practices.

5. Data Security Measures

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under the SPDI Rules, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication safeguards and secure server infrastructure, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Under Section 16 of the DPDP Act, personal data may be transferred outside India except to countries specifically restricted by the Central Government of India. Where your data is processed or stored outside India (for example, by our AI Insights provider), we ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards consistent with Applicable Indian Data Protection Laws. Wherever feasible, we prioritise storing Indian users' data within data centres located in India.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide the Pebble Qore Services. If you delete your account or request erasure, we will delete or anonymise your personal data as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event no later than 90 days from your request, except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

8. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act and Applicable Indian Data Protection Laws, you have the right to:

• Access your information: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken, via "Me > Profile" or by contacting us.
• Correction and updating: Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data directly from "Me > Profile" (tap your name to edit your details) or by writing to us.
• Erasure and account deletion: Permanently delete your Pebble Qore account and associated personal data at any time, directly in the app — open the "Me" tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". You may also request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent to processing at any time, with the same ease as giving it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may limit your access to certain features.
• Grievance redressal: Register a grievance by contacting us using the contact details in Section 12. If your grievance remains unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with applicable law.

You may exercise these rights free of charge, except where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may levy a reasonable fee as permitted by law.

9. Privacy of Children

The DPDP Act defines a "child" as an individual who has not completed the age of 18 years. The Pebble Qore Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child in circumstances where collection is not permitted by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that data. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal data without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete such data and, where applicable, terminate the associated account.

10. Data Protection Board of India

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI), established under the DPDP Act, through its official online portal.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or Applicable Indian Data Protection Laws. Material changes will be notified to you through the app or via email, together with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Pebble Qore Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please stop using the Pebble Qore Services and delete your account.
